Our Outcome Measurement Framework

House of Shaded Spaces Inc. has established structured performance standards to measure participant progress once operations begin. These standards align with AB12 Extended Foster Care and Transitional Housing Program guidelines.

Progress is measured across six core domains:

• Housing stability and retention
• Employment or education engagement
• Financial literacy development
• Life skills competency growth
• Behavioral accountability
• Independent living readiness

Each participant will have an individualized service plan (ISP) with documented benchmarks and a scheduled case review.

Monitoring & Documentation Standards

House of Shaded Spaces Inc. implements structured case management documentation to ensure accountability, compliance, and program integrity.

Monitoring tools include:

Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Structured documentation outlining participant goals and benchmarks.

Monthly case review documentation
Ongoing evaluation of progress toward established outcomes.

Attendance tracking for required program components
Monitoring engagement in housing, employment, and life skills activities.

Referral verification and eligibility review
Documentation confirming program alignment and compliance standards.

Incident reporting procedures
Formal documentation protocols to ensure safety, accountability, and regulatory adherence.


All participant records will be maintained in accordance with confidentiality requirements and applicable transitional housing guidelines.

Transparency & Reporting Commitment

As program operations begin, House of Shaded Spaces Inc. will track measurable outcomes across all core service domains.

Aggregate program data, including housing stability, education and employment engagement, and transition readiness benchmarks, will be reviewed internally and updated as reporting data becomes available.

The organization is committed to responsible stewardship, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement through structured evaluation practices.

Outcome reporting will be published as program data becomes available following operational launch in alignment with AB12 and Transitional Housing Program standards.
